CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER?

Once an order has been placed it cannot be changed online, but send us an email at hello@busyismybag.com and we'll try our best to accommodate the request!

 

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU TAKE?

We accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING COSTS AND METHODS?

Canada: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We will always email you an order confirmation and tracking number when your order is fulfilled.  

Shipping within Canada is complimentary.  All orders are shipped with Canada Post and take an estimated 1-5 business days depending on location.  

 

USA & International: All US economy orders are subject to a charge of $19.95.

Note, that packages may be subject to duties and customs fees which are not calculated at check out. Busy Is My Bag has no control over these fees and they will be billed upon delivery. Please contact your local customs office to determine fees ahead of time.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Our aim is to ensure you are happy with our product.  Although we typically don't allow returns, if you are unsatisfied with one of your items, please email hello@busyismybag.com within 14 days of purchase and we will work with you to find a solution. 


DO YOU OFFER REPLACEMENT PIECES?

Yes!  If any pieces are lost or broken please don't hesitate to contact us at hello@busyismybag.com and we will try our best to send out replacement pieces.
